Welcome to Hosparus

If they begin hospice care early, many patients with life-limiting illnesses can still enjoy their favorite pastimes. Hosparus helps people face end-of-life issues with as much care and thought as any other milestone in life – so they can enjoy quality of life as much as possible.

For more than 30 years, Hosparus, a Joint Commission-accredited nonprofit hospice organization, has provided care, comfort and counseling to those who need it most. Annually, we serve more than 5,500 patients and their families in Kentucky and Indiana. We can help you.

To reach the Hosparus location nearest you, call our 24-hour patient care line at (800) 264-0521.

Gold seal of the Joint Commission. A sign of excellence in care.

If you have concerns about patient care or safety, report your concerns to The Compliance Line at (866) 842-7172. The Compliance Line is operated by an anonymous independent third-party administrator. You can feel confident that by calling The Compliance Line, your call can be anonymous and will be reported to Hosparus. If your concerns are not resolved, you can contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring at (800) 994-6610 or complaint@jointcommission.org.

Hosparus is a participating agency with the Metro United Way.
