Hosparus Grief Counseling Center
There is no greater life-changing loss than the death of someone who has been a significant and important part of your life. Grief after loss is natural and normal, although most grieving people feel that nothing is "normal" after loss.
Coping with death and grief can be confusing, frightening and unclear, as people are confronted with thoughts, feelings, behaviors and attitudes that are unfamiliar to them. Many people have found the Hosparus Grief Counseling Center to be a helpful path through grief. If someone you love is dying or has died, you don't have to go through it alone. Our counselors and programs can help you and your family cope with the end of life.
- Hosparus Grief Counseling Center newsletter, July-September 2013 - This quarterly publication lists the wide range of community programs and services for coping with loss.

Counseling can help during trying times. The Hosparus Grief Counseling Center offers a wide range of counseling services for all parties affected by the end of life.
For Hosparus families. We provide grief counseling, education and support services at no charge to families of hospice patients (served by Hosparus in our region and hospices in other areas of the country) for up to 13 months after the death.
For others grieving in our community. If you are experiencing grief and loss but are not a Hosparus family, we still can help. We offer counseling to many others in our community, including those who are affected by homicide, suicide and sudden and unexpected death. The cost for others is based on a sliding scale and may include financial assistance. In addition, we also provide specialized grief intervention and education for schools, businesses and community organizations.
