Information for patients and caregivers

For more than 30 years, we’ve helped patients and their families cope. We can help you.

If you're caring for someone with a life-limiting illness, you don't have to do it alone. Hosparus can help. Not only can we offer your loved one excellent care, but we will support you and your family. Our clinical staff can provide you with practical skills so that you can care for your loved one at home. If home care is not an option, we can care for your loved one at one of our inpatient units or at an area nursing home.

Someone to call, 24/7. If your loved one's pain is out of control in the middle of the night, you can call us toll-free at (800) 264-0521. If you need to talk to someone about how you are feeling, we're here to listen. We want to know what's important to you and your family so that we can provide care that's right for you.

"My family and I can't find enough words of praise for Hosparus. I want people to call Hosparus sooner. Hosparus caregivers can do so much more for the patient and the family when they're called earlier. Their support is extraordinary." -- Wife of patient.

Make your end-of-life wishes known. By completing Advanced Directives, your loved ones will have your wishes in writing.

Interaction diversity. Hosparus provides interpreters to communicate with patients who have significant hearing loss or who cannot speak, read, write or understand the English language at a level that permits them to interact effectively with our staff members. Hosparus also will provide all vital documents in the requested primary language. These services are provided free of charge.
